If you desire your own custom Gypsy tumbler, different than pictured, use the “Notes” section at check out to describe your custom idea. If there are no notes listed at checkout it will be assumed you want the same design as pictured.
These tumblers are custom made and handmade.
Cups will ship 2-3 weeks after purchased. Assuming they do not need extra attention. One tumbler cup, once starting it’s creative process, can take up to 1 week to complete (start to finish). Tumblers are a slower crafting process to make sure they can survive their shipping travels and also to ensure they look their best. I will communicate with you directly if there are any delays with your cup during it’s curing process.

All products are checked and inspected for perfect condition before shipping. Due to this, Kristin Lee's Custom Tumblers & More is not responsible for the package or it's contents after it is in the possession of United States Postal Service.
Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted for any broken, scratched or defective products within the first 7 days after receiving. You must contact the shop within the 7 days and the product must then be received by the shop within the following 5 business days.
