- At checkout there will be a notes section. In this section please put your custom design you would like designed onto the blank Badge Reel.

Shipping Policy
All products are checked and inspected for perfect condition before shipping. Due to this, Kristin Lee's Custom Tumblers & More is not responsible for the package or it's contents after it is in the possession of United States Postal Service.
Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted for any broken, scratched or defective products within the first 7 days after receiving. You must contact the shop within the 7 days and the product must then be received by the shop within the following 5 business days.
